What's the status of my order

We ensure every order is sent via a secure and traceable delivery network. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been despatched into our delivery partners’ network.

To check the status of your order, simply click here, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Track Your Parcel’. Enter your Tracking Number in the tab shown. Click ‘Track’ to show the status of your parcel on the delivery network.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to UK Mainland will take 2 – 7 working days (depending on the service you select).

UK Express Delivery – Next Day Working Day via DHL Express/Royal Mail

International Surface Mail may take 4 – 15 working days depending on Delivery type chosen by customer.

*International Delivery may be subject to a price increase if total weight of item is over 2kg.

*Please note that we do not deliver Fragrance & Room Perfumes outside of the UK due to aviation restrictions.

How can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can. Simply send us an email straight away and we will kindly change you shipping address to the desired, if your order has not been processed.
